Refund Policy

1. Custom Orders

As all our embroidery products are custom-made to your specifications, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges unless the item is faulty or we have made an error.

2. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as agreed, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will assess the issue and, if appropriate, offer a repair, replacement, or full refund.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or replacement, email us at info@n1embroidery.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item

4. Return of Goods

If a return is required, we will provide instructions. Items must be returned unused and in their original condition.

5. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Custom items without a fault

  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery

  • Items damaged due to misuse or neglect

6. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 working days of receiving the returned item.
